Collars, Bandanas and Bow Ties: Part 2

Welcome to the second instalment of Collars, Bandanas and Bow Ties! Since we are slowly building up our collection of accessories we thought we would make this a regular feature, today we have a selection of accessories from Made For Mutts, bow ties from Snap In Dog Bows and a bandana from Mable and Mu.

Up first is our gorgeous collection from Made For Mutts, some of you may know that their products are a particular favourites of ours and yet again they did not disappoint. Most of these products were bought on their market night where products were reduced by up to 50% so they are not only great quality but were also amazing value! Colin has acquired an orange tartan set comprising of a collar, neckerchief and bow tie and Rhapsody has two new neckerchiefs, one in pink tartan and one in grey cherry blossom. Eve also got a red tartan neckerchief, the plan was to have a different coloured tartan for each dog so we could take a family photo, so far the best we’ve got is three out of four! Anyway back to our gorgeous MFM accessories, as usual all the products are of a very high quality and look stunning, hence why we go back to MFM again and again! They have also recently started a cats range, Made For Moggies, so those with feline friends might like to take a look too. Their dog collars are between £8 and £12.50, neckerchiefs are £4.50 to £6.50 and bow ties are between £4 and £6, for even better value MFM has regular offers on their social media platforms and market nights so it’s worth giving them a follow to get the best deals!

Next up are Colin’s gorgeous bow ties from Snap In Dog Bows, you may remember that we review them on our last accessory post, unfortunately one of the bow ties broke soon after but the lovely people at SIDB’s were gracious enough to not only send us a replacement for our ‘The Professor’ bow tie but to also send us another for the trouble. We decided to go with a gorgeous Valentine’s bow tie called ‘Here In My Heart’ which was every bit as cute as it looked online! They also changed their snap system so that what happened to ours didn’t happen again – what great customer service! These bow ties start at £4.99 for a size small up to £7.10 for an extra large (Colin has size medium to give you an idea of sizing), they also have a ridiculously large range of fabrics, you name it, they’ve got it! The only down side is that they are based in the USA so shipping is quite expensive to the UK.

Finally, for now, is Rhapsody’s little Valentine’s bandana from Mable and Mu. We decided to try out Mabel and Mu after discovering their account on Instagram, we fell in love with their two wire fox terriers and decided to give them a go. Their prices are pretty reasonable, collars are £9.95 – £18.95 depending on fabric and size, bandanas are between £3.00 and £4.50 and they also do leads, flowers for collars as well as cat and kitten accessories. They also do free shipping within the UK which is an added bonus! Rhapsody’s little “Crazy for You” bandana (size 2) is totally adorable and the quality is great, it looks just perfect with Colin’s bow tie from Snap In Dog Bows, unfortunately they weren’t in the mood for a photo shoot today so you’ll have to follow us on Instagram or Facebook to see if we manage to get any better ones!
